Interior design, included as standard
No hunting for a designer first. The interior design comes as part of the job — layout, material choices and visualisations. We refine it with you, lock the details, then build exactly to the design.

Materials you can see and feel
Natural oak, terrazzo, stone worktops, matt-black fittings and brass detailing. A standard that protects the home’s value and still looks right years on.
Rental management
You buy the apartment — we take care of the rest. From bare walls to signed tenant.

What does a turnkey fit-out include?
Everything from bare developer shell to a finished interior: the fit-out works, installations, trade coordination and material selection — all built to the interior design. You get a home that’s ready to move into.
Is the interior design included in the price?
Yes. The interior design is part of a turnkey fit-out — layout, material selection and visualisations. We revise it until you approve, then build to that design. There’s no need to find a separate designer.
What does rental management cover?
We run the buy-to-let end to end: preparing the apartment, referencing and choosing a tenant, day-to-day management and dealing with anything that comes up. You get a hands-off investment; the running of it is on us.
Can you find a tenant or help sell the apartment?
Yes. We can find and place a tenant, and if you decide to sell, we’ll handle the sale.
